1. Cancellation Policy

Once a project is initiated, cancellations are not permitted as our team starts working on your campaigns immediately. In exceptional cases, if a cancellation request is made before any work has begun, we may consider it at our sole discretion.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to AdsCult are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital marketing services, which involve strategic planning, resource allocation, and execution, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. In the case of duplicate transactions or billing errors, we will review and process corrections accordingly.
